Five Principles of Women’s Self-defense
There are five principles or rules for women’s self-defense and crime prevention. These five principles make up the guidelines or skeleton of the Model Mugging Self-defense System.
If you were to take a specific puzzle piece and look at it, the piece looks lost all by itself. But place the piece properly within the frame of a completed puzzle and all the pieces combined can create a usable and impressive picture. Just like a specific puzzle piece, each component taught within the System cannot stand-alone against the realities of what happens on the “streets.” When all the components are used together in their proper perspective, Model Mugging offers the best means of protection from rapists and other criminals.
A full circle must be traveled putting the System’s puzzle pieces together. A big picture appears in clarity along with how all components interlock with one another.

III. PROPER PREPARATION AND TRAINING
IV. THE MIND AND BODY ARE ONE
