FIVE PRINCIPLES OF WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE

Volume 1

Five Principles of Women's Self Defense - Vol 1

Five Principles of Women's Self Defense - Vol 1

Volume One describes the big picture surrounding women’s self-defense and the five principles of training women in self-defense. The dynamics of sex crimes against women and the phases of an assault are correlated with criminal typologies. The four general options women have if assaulted are discussed in detail leading into proper training when teaching women how to fight back. The later principles focus on the relationship of the mind and body principle to crimes against women in life threatening situations. Then we intertwine the complete spectrum of self-defense options and training considerations for women from verbal de-escalation to violent physical skills. The fighting strategies relevant to women’s self-defense and the issues surrounding sexual assault are comprehensibly compiled.

This volume intertwines the many related fields of study involved in effective women’s self-defense and crime prevention. Model Mugging draws its success from anthropology, biological sciences, criminology, endocrinology, ethnobiology, history, kinesthetics, law enforcement, legalities, martial and military sciences, mythology, primatology, physiology, psychology, neurophysiology, sociology, sexology, and victimology.

Despite the vast amount of research and experience accumulated in this text, the process of training women to fight back, when performed properly, is simplistically effective.
